لم نبدأ VAYA لنبيع منتجات. بدأناها لأن الأشياء التي نحملها كل يوم تستحق أن تعني شيئاً.

القلم في جيبك، المفتاح في يدك، المحفظة التي ترافقك منذ سنوات — كلها قطع صامتة. نحن نمنحها صوتاً: اسماً، تاريخاً، حرفاً أولاً، أو عبارة قالها لك أحدهم ذات مرة ولم تنسها.

هذا هو الفرق بين هدية تُنسى وهدية تبقى. الأولى تُشترى، والثانية تُصنع لشخص بعينه.

كل قطعة تخرج من VAYA تمرّ بمراجعة أخيرة قبل أن تصل إليك: نتأكد من الخامة، ومن عمق النقش، ومن أن العلبة تليق بما بداخلها.

We did not start VAYA to sell products. We started it because the things we carry every day deserve to mean something.

The pen in your pocket, the key in your hand, the wallet that has been with you for years — all silent objects. We give them a voice: a name, a date, an initial, or a phrase someone once said to you and you never forgot.

That is the difference between a gift that is forgotten and one that stays. The first is bought; the second is made for one person.

Every piece leaving VAYA gets a final review before it reaches you: the material, the depth of the engraving, and a box worthy of what is inside.

كيف نصنعهاHow we make it

النقشThe engraving
نقش ليزر بعمق ثابت — لا يبهت مع الغسل ولا يُمحى مع الاستعمال. Laser engraving at a consistent depth — it does not fade or wear away.
الخامةThe material
ستانلس ستيل وجلد طبيعي — خامات تتحمّل الاستعمال اليومي وتزداد جمالاً. Stainless steel and full-grain leather — materials that take daily use and age well.
التغليفThe packaging
كل طلب يصل داخل علبة VAYA مع بطاقة إهداء — جاهز للتقديم مباشرة. Every order arrives in a VAYA box with a gift card — ready to hand over.

سياسة الاستبدالExchange policy

لأن كل قطعة تُصنع باسم شخص واحد، لا يمكن إعادة بيعها لغيره. لذلك:

  • القطع المنقوشة تُستبدل فقط إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا (خطأ في الكتابة أو عيب في التصنيع).
  • القطع غير المنقوشة تُستبدل خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط بقائها بحالتها وتغليفها الأصلي.
  • راجع نص النقش جيداً قبل تأكيد الطلب — ننقش ما تكتبه حرفياً.
  • إذا وصلتك القطعة تالفة، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب خلال 48 ساعة مع صورة واضحة.

Because each piece is made in one person’s name, it cannot be resold to anyone else. Therefore:

  • Engraved pieces are exchanged only if the fault is ours (a typo on our side or a manufacturing defect).
  • Un-engraved pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
  • Please review your engraving text carefully — we engrave exactly what you type.
  • If a piece arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a clear photo.
